Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odours, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Digital Products and Training Programs

Digital products, downloadable content, and training programs may be non-refundable once access has been provided or the digital content has been delivered, where permitted by applicable law.
