These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the website and participation in The Call challenge and any related digital services offered by Kolossal Training. By purchasing or participating in The Call challenge, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. By registering, the participant confirms that they meet this requirement.4. Nature of the Service
The Call is a structured fitness and discipline challenge delivered digitally. The official Season 1 requirements are: Standard: – 90 km running – 20 hours strength training – Completed within 45 days Elite: – 150 km running – 35 hours strength training – Completed within 45 days The challenge is not personalized medical advice and does not replace professional healthcare consultation.5. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Participation in The Call challenge involves physical activity. By registering, the participant acknowledges that:- They are voluntarily participating at their own risk.
- They are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.
- The website owner is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from participation.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Kolossal Training does not store or process credit card information directly. All prices are displayed in Euros unless otherwise stated.7. Refund Policy
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the challenge has not started. Additionally, Kolossal Training offers a commercial refund policy allowing refunds up to 7 days before the official start date of the challenge. No refunds will be granted:- After the challenge has started.
- If the participant has already received access to challenge materials and explicitly agreed to begin before the withdrawal period ends.
8. Completion Requirement & Medal Eligibility
The Call is a performance-based challenge. By registering, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following: Completion RequirementThe physical medal is awarded only upon successful completion of the full challenge requirements (Distance + Strength) within the 45-day period. No Completion, No Medal
If the participant does not complete the required objectives within the 45-day timeframe, no medal will be issued and no refunds (partial or full) will be granted. Kolossal Number Reservation
Upon registration, a Kolossal Number is reserved for the participant. In the event of non-completion, this number will remain reserved for a grace period of 7 calendar days following the end of the 45-day period. Re-enrollment Policy
To retain the reserved Kolossal Number, the participant must re-enroll within the 7-day grace period. Failure to do so will result in permanent forfeiture of the reserved number, which may then be reassigned at Kolossal Training’s sole discretion.
9. Product Representation & Delivery
Product RepresentationAll images of medals, lanyards, apparel, and related items displayed on the website are digital renderings, visual mockups, or pre-production prototypes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, minor variations in texture, color tone, engraving depth, or finishing may occur due to industrial manufacturing processes. Such variations do not constitute defects. Production & Shipping
Medals are manufactured and shipped only after successful validation of challenge completion. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and international shipping conditions. Kolossal Training is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the recipient’s country.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Call challenge, including but not limited to text, designs, concepts, branding, and materials, is the intellectual property of Olivier Laffon. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.11. Limitation of Liability
Kolossal Training shall not be held liable for:- Injuries or health issues resulting from participation.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Technical issues beyond reasonable control.
